We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Quick & reliable delivery via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Budget-friendly option via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
Both options include tracking so you can follow your summer essentials on their way to you.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (up to 3 days during peak season May-August). We take this time to carefully prepare your swimwear, ensuring each piece is perfect before it begins its journey to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide* with experienced carriers who handle international deliveries and customs clearance. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country’s customs processes.

*Excludes some Asian countries and remote locations. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

What if my package is delayed?
While we work with premium carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen, especially with international shipping. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
