We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date, giving you time to ensure each piece fits your family’s summer adventures just right.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (we recommend tracking)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • FRATURED collection items (final sale due to limited edition nature)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Personalized or handmade items unless defective

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (1079 Heliport Loop, Louisville, US 40223)

Tip: For exchanges, include a note with your desired replacement items.

Step 3: Refund Processing

When we receive your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Need a different size for your AB x Tropic of C bikini or Boys Swimwear? Exchanges are fastest when you include your preferred size in your initial request!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Handmade Piece or any item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
